- Looking for someone who has prior experience supporting and supervising PeopleSoft and Human Capital Organization Development with technical people reporting to them.
- Project and/or Program Management Experience leading large, complex software development and implementation projects while also managing a portfolio of other initiatives.
- Have technical and functional PeopleSoft knowledge.
- Technical knowledge of PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR and SQL.
- Progressive experience as a PeopleSoft HCM Developer including researching, designing, developing, testing, and migrating code to fix or enhance the application suite.
- Experience leading enterprise PeopleSoft development and support.
- Experience with Application Designer, PeopleCode, PeopleTools; Workflow, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, Application Messaging, Application Packaging, XML Publisher, and PeopleSoft Security.
- Eagerness to mentor junior staff.
- Looking for someone who is/has been in a role supporting an ERP Financial System, supervising developers and business analysts.
- Project and/or Program Management experience leading large, complex software development and implementation projects while also managing a portfolio of other initiatives.
- Experience and knowledge with Financial and Accounting terms.
- Involvement in the ERP system selection process a plus.
