We provide several search options for our clients including Retained Search, Priority Search, Contingency, and Project Services. The majority of our clients prefer the Priority Search approach for filling an urgent need to find a “right fit” candidate. When a client has multiple openings to fill, they often find the Project Search to be the most effective option. Whatever search option our clients choose, we strive to deliver top talent that meets and exceeds expectations in a timely manner.
Our Specialty is all things Information Technology from developers and systems folks to directors and C-suite executives. We are happy to discuss contract recruiting and customized search options in areas outside our core business.
