Meet Paige Beyer

Paige Beyer brings over 20 years professional experience that includes working with individuals and organizations in the areas of Career, Leadership and Talent Management. Her experience as a professional certified Coach combined with her background in Recruitment, Marketing, and Management offers a wealth of knowledge that helps individuals navigate the process of landing a more satisfying career that motivates individuals to make a greater contribution at work.

Paige is a graduate of North Carolina State University and holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management. She is also an ICF and CTI Certified Professional Coach and Certified Myers-Briggs Administrator and Counselor.   Her training includes systems and relationship coaching. Additionally, Paige utilizes an array of assessment tools including iStartStrong, StrengthsFinder, DISC, 360-degree feedback, performance indicators, culture surveys and more to promote greater awareness and enhance development and growth.

Career transition clients will explore the job search process and get feedback on how to better market themselves for employment, from resume to final negotiations. The coach will help individuals come from a place of strength to secure a job aligned with their interests and values. Paige’s insightful, straightforward approach offers practical advice that helps clients get better results through improved communications (networking to interviewing), increased exposure, an introduction to new trends in the marketplace, and a better understanding of what employers are looking for. Paige will also support clients throughout the job search process to overcome challenges that may limit success.
